iLife at Trinity Presbyterian Church

Trinity Presbyterian Church is hosting:  iLife, Contemporary Christian Issues on Sunday mornings.  Each month this class will focus on various Christian worldview issues.  The March 16 class will be on "Teens, Parents and Social Media" at 9:45 in Trinity Hall.  It will be taught by our Youth Director, Kurt Cooper.  Please join us at Trinity Church!  1728 South Hull Street.

MMFA student winners announced!

Congratulations to Peyton Parkman and Collier Wilson whose work was selected to hang in the Artworks Corridor student exhibit at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts!! Awesome work guys!!

The opening reception and award ceremony will be this Thursday, Sept. 12th, from 5:30 - 7 P.M. Certificates will be presented to these students in the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts 
auditorium from 6 to 6:30.

Click HERE for link to top 6 Trinity students whose work will go on to the second level of competition.  Students from schools in Alabama create works inspired by Rembert's work to hang in the ARTWORKS Corridor.  Rembert is a self-taught artist from Georgia whose work shows figures in action, vibrant colors, pattern and design, movement and rhythm and were inspired by subject matter during the Civil Rights Era.

8th Grade Advanced Art: Cards for our Troops!



Thanks to our 8th grade advanced art students who made some very special cards for our troops serving in Afghanistan.  They each chose a verse to share and created some unique artwork.  Congresswomen Martha Roby will be delivering these cards during a future visit.
